        Perkančioji organizacija, gavusi tiekėjo rašytinę pretenziją, nedelsdama sustabdo pirkimo procedūras, kol bus išnagrinėta gauta pretenzija ir priimtas sprendimas. Tuo atveju, kai pretenzija išnagrinėjama ir sprendimas priimamas tiekėjo pretenzijos pateikimo dieną, pirkimo procedūros nėra stabdomos.
