        Dinaminės pirkimo sistemos (toliau-DPS) pagalba siekiama per DPS galiojimo laikotarpį su laimėtojais sudaryti preliminariasias sutartis dėl spausdinimo įrangos nuomos ir aptarnavimo užsakymų per CPO LT elektroninį katalogą. Į DPS priimami visi tiekėjai, kurie atitinka kvalifikacinius reikalavimus ir yra pateikę orientacinį pasiūlymą. Sudarant preliminariąją sutartį, perkančioji organizacija kvies priimtus į DPS tiekėjus pateikti konkrečius pasiūlymus. Pagal preliminariąsias sutartis pagrindinės sutartys bus sudaromos naudojant CPO LT elektroninį katalogą.
