         Pirkimo objektas skaidomas į 512 pirkimo dalių, kurių kiekvienai sudaroma atskira pirkimo sutartis.

         Dinaminės pirkimo sistemos (toliau – DPS) pagalba galima teikti orientacinius pasiūlymus 4 metų laikotarpiu. Į dinaminės pirkimo sistemą priimami visi tiekėjai, kurie atitinka nustatytus kvalifikacinius reikalavimus ir yra pateikę orientacinį pasiūlymą. Esant poreikiui sudaryti pirkimo sutartis, perkančioji organizacija kreipsis į tiekėjus, priimtus į DPS, su prašymu pateikti konkretų pasiūlymą. Konkretų pasiūlymą galima bus teikti tiek vienam, tiek keliems arba visiems konkretaus pirkimo metu perkamiems vaistams. Konkretūs pasiūlymai bus vertinami pagal mažiausios kainos kriterijų. Kiekvienam konkretaus pirkimo metu perkamam vaistui, konkurso laimėtojas yra nustatomas atskirai. Prieš pakviesdama tiekėjus pateikti konkretų pasiūlymą dėl konkretaus pirkimo, perkančioji organizacija skelbia supaprastintą skelbimą apie konkretų pirkimą DPS ir kviečia visus suinteresuotus tiekėjus per nustatytą terminą, kuris negali būti trumpesnis kaip 15 dienų nuo supaprastinto skelbimo apie pirkimą DPS išsiuntimo iš Viešųjų pirkimų tarnybos dienos, pateikti orientacinį pasiūlymą pagal Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 64 straipsnio 4 dalies nuostatas.
