         Statinių ir patalpų, valdomų Kauno miesto savivaldybės nuosavybės ar patikėjimo

         teise, projektavimo paslaugų pirkimas. Pirkimas skirstomas į 3 dalis: I dalis –

         Savivaldybės valdomų statinių ir patalpų (kultūros paveldo pastatų ir patalpų)

         projektavimo paslaugos, II dalis – Savivaldybės valdomų statinių ir patalpų

         projektavimo paslaugos, III dalis – Savivaldybės valdomų statinių (inžinerinių

         statinių) projektavimo paslaugos. Kiekvienai pirkimo daliai būtų sudaroma atskira

         sutartis. Parengti Savivaldybės valdomų statinių ir patalpų projektinę

         dokumentaciją (toliau – Projektas) – kai statiniuose ar patalpose yra atlikta

         rekonstrukcija, kapitalinis ar paprastasis remontas, kai keičiama statinio ar

         patalpų paskirtis, kai du ar daugiau kadastro objektų sujungiami į vieną,

         padalinant ar atidalijant vieną kadastro objektą į du ar daugiau kadastro objektų ir

         kt. Teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka suderinti su atitinkamomis projektus

         tikrinančiomis Savivaldybės ir Valstybės institucijomis bei Užsakovu, Užsakovo

         vardu gauti statybą leidžiančius dokumentus ir perduoti Užsakovui tinkamai

         parengtus dokumentus.
