         Sistemos nuoma apima visos baltymų elektroforezės tyrimus atliekančios automatinės laboratorinės sistemos įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant Sistemos sukomplektavimą, Sistemos atvežimą ir sumontavimą Nuomininko nurodytose patalpose, Sistemos nenutrūkstamą aprūpinimą visomis tinkamai jos eksploatacijai ir naudojimui pagal tikslinę paskirtį reikalingomis medžiagomis, priedais (įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, reagentais, kontrolinėmis medžiagomis, kalibratoriais, skiedimo ir plovimo tirpalais, specialiais antgaliais ir kitomis priemonėmis), Sistemos veikimo testavimą, Sistemos diagnostiką, Sistemos defektų šalinimą, Sistemos gedimų šalinimą, Sistemos atsarginių dalių sandėlio valdymą ir atsarginių detalių tiekimą, keitimą, Nuomininko personalo apmokymą dirbti su Sistema, Sistemos nuolatinį aptarnavimą ir priežiūrą, Sistemos išmontavimą ir išvežimą iš Nuomininko nurodytų patalpų, Sistemos draudimą nuo sunaikinimo ar sugadinimo, kitus veiksmus, siekiant užtikrinti Nuomininko galimybę nepertraukiamai naudotis Sistema.
