         „Microsoft“ arba lygiavertės programinės įrangos licencijų nuoma, atitinkanti techninę specifikaciją, pateiktą pirkimo dokumentų 6 priede. Sutartis galioja 12 mėnesių su galimybe ją pratęsti dar 24 mėnesiams. Bendras sutarties terminas neturi viršyti 36 mėnesių. Tiekėjui pristačius kliento užsakyme nurodytas prekes, kliento paskirtas atsakingas asmuo pasirašo prekių perdavimo ir priėmimo aktus, kuriuose turi būti nurodytos pristatytos prekės. Pasirašius priėmimo ir perdavimo aktus, tiekėjas per 10 kalendorinių dienų pateikia klientui sąskaitą faktūrą. Klientas atsiskaito už priimtas prekes per 30 kalendorinių dienų nuo sąskaitos faktūros pasirašymo dienos.
