         Perkamos paslaugos – Savivaldybės valdomų statinių ir patalpų (kultūros paveldo) projektavimo paslaugos, atitinkančios sutarties 1 priede nurodytus reikalavimus. Parengti Savivaldybės valdomų statinių ir patalpų (kultūros paveldo statinių ir patalpų ar statinių, esančių nekilnojamųjų kultūros vertybių teritorijoje ar apsaugos zonoje) projektinę dokumentaciją (toliau – Projektas) – kai statiniuose ar patalpose yra atlikta rekonstrukcija, kapitalinis ar paprastasis remontas, kai keičiama statinio ar patalpų paskirtis, kai du ar daugiau kadastro objektų sujungiami į vieną, padalinant ar atidalijant vieną kadastro objektą į du ar daugiau kadastro objektų ir kt. Teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka suderinti su atitinkamomis projektus tikrinančiomis Savivaldybės ir valstybės institucijomis bei užsakovu, užsakovo vardu gauti statybą leidžiančius dokumentus ir perduoti užsakovui tinkamai parengtus dokumentus.
