         1) tiekėjas įsipareigoja, vadovaudamasis pirkėjo pateiktu prašymu ir normatyvinio dokumento LAND 46A-2002 „Grunto kasimo jūrų ir jūrų uostų akvatorijose bei iškastų gruntų tvarkymo taisyklės“ nuostatomis, Lietuvos Respublikoje galiojančiais įstatymais ir kitais normatyviniais dokumentais, atlikti Klaipėdos valstybinio jūrų uosto akvatorijos dugno nuosėdų užterštumo tyrimus. Paslaugos perkamos fiksuotų įkainių apskaičiavimo būdu;

         2) orientacinis mėginių skaičius fizikinių savybių ir cheminio užterštumo tyrimams: 360 vnt. iš paviršinio sluoksnio ir 10 vnt. iš gilesnių sluoksnių. Orientacinis mėginių skaičius biologinių parametrų tyrimams: 50 vnt. iš paviršinio sluoksnio.
